Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: 1. Scheduling an appointment with RUYI Acupuncture Integrative Medicine Clinic may be done in any one of the following ways: by phone, text, on-line or in person. 2. Please be advised that, even if an appointment is made verbally or otherwise, unless a confirmation e-mail is received verifying your appointment it will not be guaranteed. 3. Understand that you are responsible for verifying the correctness of the date and time of your appointment in your confirmation e-mail(s). 4. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to charge the full fee for missed appointments at a cost of the full time of service private pay office visit you are booked for if you are a repeat offender of this rule. 5. Your treatments will be more effective if you follow your provider's guidelines and stick to your treatment schedule. 6. Understand that being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in a late cancellation or a treatment that is more limited in scope due to time constraints. 7. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to receive treatment in RUYI Acupuncture Integrative Medicine Clinic and are agreeing to this booking and cancellation policy.
